These Terms apply to all users of CertifyRN, including registered nurses, nursing students, and any other visitors to the platform.

CertifyRN is a free, independent nursing certification preparation platform. We provide practice questions, study tools, performance analytics, and exam simulations to help nurses prepare for professional certification examinations.

CertifyRN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any certification body including NAHQ, AACN, ANCC, ABSNC, or any other organization. Certification exam names (CPHQ, PCRN, CCRN, CEN, etc.) are the property of their respective organizations.

The content on CertifyRN is created for educational purposes and is not a substitute for official study materials published by certification bodies. We strongly recommend using CertifyRN alongside official candidate handbooks, review courses, and other authorized preparation resources.

Questions on CertifyRN are original content created to reflect the style and content areas of certification exams. They are not actual exam questions and have not been reviewed or approved by any certification organization.

CertifyRN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on the platform. Healthcare guidelines and best practices evolve — always verify clinical information against current, authoritative sources.

To use CertifyRN, you must sign in with a valid Google account. By signing in, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a licensed registered nurse, nursing student, or healthcare professional using the platform for legitimate educational purposes
• The information you provide through Google authentication is accurate
• You will keep your account credentials secure and not share access with others

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You agree to use CertifyRN only for lawful, legitimate educational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to access, scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the platform in bulk or for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the question bank or platform code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the platform
• Share account access with other users or attempt to circumvent account restrictions
• Upload or submit content through any platform feature that is false, misleading, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
• Use the platform in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair its functionality

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice.

All content on CertifyRN — including but not limited to practice questions, rationale explanations, platform design, code, and written content — is the intellectual property of CertifyRN and is protected by copyright law.

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any platform content without written permission
• Create derivative works based on CertifyRN content
• Use CertifyRN content for commercial purposes, including selling question banks or study materials based on our content
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions

The CertifyRN name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary. Use of the CertifyRN name or branding in any context requires prior written permission.

CertifyRN is free to use and is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements will be displayed within the platform interface
• Google AdSense may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history
• CertifyRN does not control the specific ads displayed and is not responsible for third-party advertiser content
• Clicking on advertisements will take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies

CertifyRN does not endorse any products or services advertised on the platform. Advertisers do not have access to your individual study data or performance information.

CertifyRN is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without notice
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Add, remove, or modify questions in the question bank at any time
• Change the platform's pricing structure, including introducing premium tiers

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and notify users of significant changes, but we are not liable for any disruption to service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertifyRN's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since CertifyRN is free, this amount is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You may stop using CertifyRN at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email address in Section 12.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CertifyRN at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or if we discontinue the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Where U.S. federal law does not control, the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CertifyRN.com is operated will apply.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CertifyRN shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, except where prohibited by applicable law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit in connection with your use of CertifyRN.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
